Whatever the subject, conflict consists of a difference of opinions involving strong emotions. It triggers very different behaviors in each of us, ranging from productive to destructive. Though conflict can feel uncomfortable, it is a natural and inevitable part of any relationship, including work. This workshop takes a closer look at how we can utilize the DiSC Productive Conflict tool to improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. It isn’t about conflict resolution; rather, it is designed to help curb destructive behaviors so that conflict can become more productive, improving workplace results and relationships.
In this workshop, attendees will:
- Explore the destructive and productive conflict behaviors of each personality style
- Discover techniques that allow you to curb destructive responses and reframe them in a productive way while in conflict situations
- Learn how to implement communication strategies when engaging in productive conflict with colleagues
While conflict is a part of life, it doesn’t have to send your entire team into a tailspin when it occurs. Empower your team to overcome the inevitable challenges of workplace conflict. You do not want to miss this workshop!
