After you schedule your appointment, you will receive a new patient packet in the mail. (It will contain information that will expedite your first visit and make it go smoother.) If for some reason you have not received these materials, you may click on the link and get copies of what you need.
Expect the new patient exam to take approximately one hour in order to receive all the information you need to make an informed decision.

- A Treatment Coordinator will take the necessary photographs and radiographs.
- Dr. Simon, Dr. Haerian, or Dr. Ludwig will come in and gather other pertinent information, perform a clinical examination and go over the initial diagnosis. You will then be presented with an optimal treatment option and also the estimated treatment time.
- The fee and financial arrangements will be presented, and if you would like, diagnostic records can be completed and your "orthodontic adventure" can begin.
