Your First Visit
 After you schedule your appointment, you will receive a new patient packet in the mail. If for some reason you have not received these materials, you may click on the link to the right to get copies of what you need. Having your Medical History Form completed prior to your visit helps things move along smoothly. Expect the new patient exam to take about one hour. The information received will allow you to make an informed decision about orthodontic treatment.
